Here at LC Chiropractic, we want to make sure that your first visit is as relaxing and informative as possible. We want to ensure that when you leave, you do not have any questions. It is our goal to get you to feel excited about the progress that you have already made.
Many people visit the chiropractor for the first time because they are experiencing pain in different areas of their body. Some people also visit us because they want to begin a preventive treatment plan to ensure that they stay healthy.
We understand the body and how it works. During your first visit, we will spend some time talking so that you can explain any pain that you have. We may feel around the painful areas to get a better sense of what is going on. We will probably take X-rays to get a good look at your alignment, though they are not always needed.

Step 1. Welcome & Paperwork

Once you have an appointment booked, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will be awaiting your arrival. We want to ensure that we understand you, your pain, and your history completely so you will be expected to fill out paperwork when you arrive.
This paperwork will ask for your family history because some issues in your body can be hereditary (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). It will also ask you questions about your health habits and your medical history. We want to cover all bases so that we are able to help you as much as possible.

Step 2. X-Rays

Depending on your injury, we may or may not require X-rays. Most of the time, we perform X-rays to get a good look at your spine. This should need to be done only if you are a new patient or there is a change in your condition.

Step 3. EXamination & Treatment Plan

After your examination, which will require you to move around and possibly even lay down so that we can get a better feel for what is going on, you will be able to talk to our compassionate and knowledgeable chiropractor. Be sure to tell LC Chiropractic all about the pain you are experiencing and any other symptoms you may be having. At that point, the chiropractor will discuss your condition and your options. Together, you can decide what you feel comfortable doing and come up with a game plan to help you.

In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept cash, checks, and debit cards. We also accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, and American Express.
We also welcome your insurance and will do everything that we can to help you receive as many benefits from it as possible. When you arrive at your appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we should be able to estimate what your insurance will cover.
