Beginner Floor

Beginner floor exercises are designed to help keep mobility in joints and soft tissues. These exercises should be done daily at home and when you are in the clinic. These exercises should be implemented into your daily routine to decrease the risk of further back pain. These exercises should be done daily at home and when you are in the clinic.
